Expected CSV Format

The CSV file should contain the following columns:

  • CMMI_ID- Participant identifier (required)
  • METABOLITE_NAME- Name of the metabolite (required)
  • CONCENTRATION- Measured concentration
  • HMDB_ID- HMDB database identifier
  • LOD- Limit of Detection
  • And other metadata fields (see example file)
  • TMIC Wide Format- Supported. Ensure "Measure Name", "HMDB ID", "LODs (uM)" in second row.
What is a Mapping Example?

If your CSV file uses different column names than the standard format shown above, you can use the column mapping feature. Upload a file with non-standard column names, and the system will let you map your columns to the expected format. The mapping example demonstrates this workflow with intentionally different column names (e.g., "ParticipantID" instead of "CMMI_ID").
