Example Metadata
Here's an example of how to fill in the form:
- Title: Metabolomics_Run_001 or Participant_CMMI-001_Serum_LCMS
- CMMI ID: CMMI-001 (participant identifier)
- Omics Type: Auto-detected from file extension, or select manually
- Biological Matrix: Plasma, Serum, Stool, Urine, etc.
- Experimental Method: LC-MS, GC-MS, Illumina NovaSeq, etc.
- Acquisition Date: Date when the data was acquired
- File Types: .raw, .mzML, .mzXML, .wiff, .d, .fastq, .bam, .txt, .csv, .zip
Example File:
