Expected CSV Format

The CSV file should contain the following columns:

  • CMMI_ID- Participant identifier (required)
  • PROTEIN_NAME- Name of the protein
  • UNIPROT_ID- UniProt database identifier
  • ABUNDANCE- Measured protein abundance
