Expected CSV Format

The CSV file should contain the following columns:

  • CMMI_ID- Participant identifier (required)
  • MBI_SAMPLE_ID- Microbiome sample identifier (required)
  • SAMPLE_TYPE- Type of sample (e.g., Stool, Saliva)
  • COLLECTION_DATE- Date of sample collection (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • ALPHA_DIVERSITY- Alpha diversity metric (numeric)
  • TAXONOMIC_DATA- JSON or formatted string of taxa
  • Other Fields- STUDY_ID, MBI_PROJECT_ID, CLIENT_SAMPLE_ID, SAMPLE_SITE, ANALYSIS_TYPE, DIVERSITY_METRICS, BETA_DIVERSITY
