Bulk Upload Raw Omics Data

Step 1: Upload Metadata CSV

Example CSV Format

Your CSV should include the following columns:

  • CMMI ID - Participant identifier (e.g., CMMI-001)
  • Title - Descriptive name for the file
  • Biological Matrix - Sample type (Plasma, Serum, Stool, etc.)
  • Experimental Method - Method used (LC-MS, GC-MS, Illumina NovaSeq, etc.)
  • Acquisition Date - Date the data was acquired
  • File Path - Absolute path to the raw file on the server (optional)
