What is Global Search?
Global Search allows you to search across all data types and participants in CMMI-DCC from a single interface.
How to Use
- Go to Search in the top menu
- Enter your search term (CMMI ID, metabolite name, etc.)
- View results across all data types
Search Types
- CMMI ID Search: Find all data for a participant
- Term Search: Find specific metabolites, proteins, etc.
- Filter Search: Combine multiple criteria
Results
- Grouped by data type
- Quick preview of matches
- Click to view full details
